The paths of the Inn-Radweg are suitable for all stable bicycles except racing bikes: a large part of the route is on unpaved forest roads, and some of it is uphill. The paths are partly stony or sandy and relatively bumpy.
 
 
From the Maloja pass to Saint-Moritz, you will find portions on the main road but always near the Inn, along the river. It happens, especially in Switzerland, that the descents are quite steep, which can become dangerous due to the constitution of the ground, and in snowy or rainy weather.
