Madrid cycling map
The maps and plans of Petirrojo Ediciones are the only media dedicated exclusively to cycle tourism in Madrid. They are a good complement to the 50 routes offered by the Madrid en Bicicleta guide from the same publisher.
The bici: city plan was in 2010 the first street plan aimed at urban cyclists. After its update, it has grown to the rhythm of advances in the frequency of trips by bicycle and remains the only one that can be conveniently used on the handlebars. Everything is optimized: a scale of 1: 25,000 (1 cm for 250 m), cycle paths, streets with lighter traffic, adapted metro stations, etc., and of course essential practical information.
This guide includes:
- The entire Anillo Verde Ciclista (a 64 km ring road boulevard)
- urban cycle paths
- bicycle parking (not exhaustive)
- UTM grid
- practical information (public transport, reference addresses, bicycle rental companies, etc.)
- and recommendations
An informed man is worth two: the map is in Spanish. Yes, but a simple and direct Spanish.
