La Flow Vélo - Between Périgord and Atlantic

 A few words on the itinerary ...

At the gates of the South-West, this 290 km long chic and bucolic cycle road connects Thiviers in the Dordogne to the island of Aix in Charente-Maritime. After an incursion into the Regional Natural Park of Périgord Limousin, it joins Angoulême to then flirt with the river Charente, in a setting of vines. Along the water, Cognac, Saintes, Rochefort are all stages of "Art and History" ... before embarking for the Isle of Aix, pearl of the estuary.

This cycling network, last set up on the Charentais territory, is a nice alternative to the inevitable Vélodyssée, for lovers of nature and peaceful corners.
